Adding truthMatchProbability variable for tracks

Chris Malena Delitzsch requested to merge cdelitzs/athena:21.2_addTrackingVariable into 21.2

Added the variable truthMatchProbability for the tracks. This is needed for the InDetTrackSmearingTool used in the Rtrk method to derive systematic uncertainties on the small-R jet mass scale.
