DerivationFrameworkART: Update tests to follow HIGG2D5 porting to HDBS2

Following !25022 (merged) the HIGG2D5 derivation was ported to HDBS2, this caused the relevant ART tests to fail. This merge updated the existing ART tests to point at the new derivation, these have been tested locally and all pass.

For consistency I have also renamed the tests to match the formats they contain. Will this cause problems for the panda server? If so I can change them back.
