Fix ATEAM-560

Dan Andrei Ciubotaru requested to merge (removed):fix_ATEAM_560 into master

This will fix ATEAM-560 originated from [ATEAM-531](ATEAM-531: https://its.cern.ch/jira/browse/ATEAM-531). This changes will remove all duplicate values presented in some files due to the improper merging of two '/TagInfo' keys from IOVMetaDataContainers.
