Updating hard-coded GoSam and OPENLOOPS paths

Updating hard-coded GoSam and OPENLOOPS paths in Herwig7ConfigMatchbox.py and Herwig7ConfigMerging.py to match the newest installation paths. Adding also GoSam and OPENLOOPS /lib paths to LD_LIBRARY_PATH by hands in those two files, otherwise the libraries are not picked up correctly by Herwig7.
