Calculate the deltaEta,deltaPhi directly wrt to the crossed layer

Christos Anastopoulos requested to merge ATLAS-EGamma/athena:use_sameSampling_asIntersection into master

  • Calculate the deltaEta deltaPhi with respect to the crossed layered. Mainly use etaSample,phiSample rather than etaBE , phiBE. This should be the same except in some cases in the crack

  • Avoid a few insert for the layers to cross . This could have been done const ideally but the interface of the helper methods does not allow this.
