ATLASRECTS-5051. Bring cpu a bit down

This should bring some of the cpu rise observed in ATLASRECTS-5051 down. Practically raise the Energy thresholds for the relevant ROIs.

Mentiong @amete from the SPOT side, @nstyles from the ID (although this is less of an issue after previous MRs) and @rnaranjo for the e/gamma side where we might want to fine tune the number of GSF fits, although there at the end also efficiency is a bit critical.
