Add basic AntiKt10TrackCaloClusterJets variables for TCC W/Z tagging

This MR follows changes requested in TOPQDERIV-80.

Apart from a bit of necessary code shuffling, this MR basically does the following things:

  • Add variable AntiKt10TrackCaloClusterJets.NumTrkPt500 to the formats TOPQ1 and TOPQ4
  • Add TCC reconstruction and groomed TCC jets to TOPQ4.
