New histograms for the egammaValidation package - ART

Roger Naranjo requested to merge ATLAS-EGamma/athena:new_egamma_histograms into 21.0

This is a simple MR to add a couple of more histograms, this package needs some refactoring and I'll try to do in the future. For now, I tried to make some minimal changes. For the shifter and RC, this package doesn't run on reconstruction. It just produces histograms after the final AOD is produced
