DerivationFrameworkExotics: EXOT8 fixes and DFCommon b-tagging fixes
This updates the b-tagging configuration as discussed in https://its.cern.ch/jira/browse/ATLASDPD-1334. The DFCommon b-tagging still needs to be fixed with the new configuration, so the skimming uses hardcoded values. Additionally, the truthMatchProbability decoration is added to tracks and the missing TRUTH3 style containers are added.
In addition to the changes to EXOT8, this implements fixes to FlavourTagCommon and ExtendedJetCommon to allow applyBTagging_xAODColl to be called with the new b-tagging jet collections.
