Enabling HI_v3 menu in rel 21.0 (ATLHI-288)

  • the building of the HI_v3 menu in rel 21.0 that is needed to produce MC with 2015 conditions.
  • TMX compiles without problems
  • HI_v3 menu tested in MC test production with outputs in ~mrybar/public/21p0_HIv3
