TrigMuSuperEF: remove premature delete of muon candidates

Savanna Shaw requested to merge sshaw/athena:atr20167 into master

We don't want to delete the muoncandidates right before we try to use them... Also removed duplicate check on one of the track collections. Fixes ATR-20167.
