Jet uncertainties: protect against negative calo mass

Added protection against negative calorimeter jet masses to prevent interpolation errors in users output (TH3F::Interpolate ERROR Cannot interpolate outside histogram domain) when reading uncertainty histograms. This was done already for the track-assisted (TA) mass but was now added as well for the calo mass.
