Fixes the NSW visualization in VP1, master
This MR fixes the NSW visualization of the NSW in VP1. It updates the VP1 jobOption to the current NSW configuration. It also adds checkboxes to the Geo->Misc tab to optionally show the sTGC and MM only, and a 'reset' buttonto revert to full NSW geo. Also, it sets a color schema for the new materials introduced with the NSW: "Honeycomb", "ShieldSteel", "PCB", ...
