unfortunately @pscholer and me just found that this logical bug for the default setting of the MicroMegas RecFlags is still present in 21.3. This does not affect any tests based on Run2 layouts, however, for running Run3 layouts in 21.3.15 users still have to manually set muonRecFlags.doMicromegas = True.
