Fix the example producing DAOD_TRIG

Oleg Kuprash requested to merge okuprash/athena:fix_trig_daod into 21.2

The following two changes are made:

  1. Replace MINI with TRIG to consistently produce DAOD_TRIG
  2. Use the b-tagging container name with a timestamp, as in PHYS.py

Tested according to the instructions at https://twiki.cern.ch/twiki/bin/view/Atlas/TrigEDMinAMSGR3Context .
Needed for preparing a Run-3 prototype trigger-devoted derivation containing minimal required set of containers for trigger studies/validation. In particular, to be used to estimate the per-event trigger size in AODRun3_LARGE Trigger EDM. Tagging @bernius.
