update of the ref file for the trigger CF test, disabled currently problematic chains

This MR updates the CF test so that references are up to date. Two chains had to be disabled, but in the next MR which integrates the menu file generation one of them will be brought back (HLT_xe30_cell_xe30_tcpufit_L1XE10) another one HLT_mu6_mu4_L1MU4_MU6 is missing L1 item in LS2_v1 menu. So likely we will have to reconfigure the test. Tagging @fpastore
