Workaround for ATLASRECTS-5053 to allow ART tests of the new job configuration for particle flow to run.

This update is a temporary workaround for the problem with the TRT detector setup seen in ATLASRECTS-5053. Given these job options need to work (they are used in an ART test), and the underlying problem will not be fixed by TRT experts for some time, for now we should use this workaround.
