Calibration name to configure the taggers

Emmanuel Le Guirriec requested to merge guirriec/athena:master_JetCollectionName_argument_for_taggers into master

Remove the use of JetAuthor to know which calibration we need to apply. The type of calibration is an option of the JetBTaggerAlg. This name is a parameter of all the taggers.

This feature is already in 21.0 (ATLASRECTS-4846)
