Add new tests in RecExRecoTest to compare serial and threaded Athena.

Add new script to run athena in serial, 1,2 and 5 thread modes. It also compares the output root files between each step. Add new test for topocluserting+pflow+jets to use the new above script. Update test_postProcessing_Errors.sh to no longer clean up files, which is not needed due to automatic grid cleaning procedures.

Notifying @tcuhadar , @emoyse ,@goetz , @jcatmore ,@wlampl , @costanzo . Feel free to suggest additions/changes before I remove WIP.

After this MR, if things run ok in ART then I will add additional tests in all the other domains to make use of test_compare_SerialAndThreadedAthenas.sh
