Enable entire menu in RDOtoRDOtrigger transform

This MR removes explicit set of Trigger Signature slices for the menu in RDOtoRDOtrigger transform, to enable the entire menu. This is needed to add BLS triggers in TrigAnalysisTest, and as suggested by @rbielski this should be achieved like this, to have all slices enabled by default. Addresses ATR-20241. As a test I ran the TrigAnalysisTest, the output is in /afs/cern.ch/work/t/tursom/public/test_trigAna_q221_RDOtoAOD_mt1_build.tar.gz, the missed BLS chains are there now indeed.
