Drop comparison RecoTimingObj_p1_EVNTtoHITS_timings in ST vs MT Overlay ART job outputs for now.

We don't expect this container to be identical between Athena and AthenaMT Overlay jobs yet and it is masking other fixes/problems in the OverlayTestsMT ART jobs, so better to suppress the check for now.
