Fix LArRawChannelBuilderAlg

Pavol Strizenec requested to merge pavol/athena:fix_LArRawChannelBuilderAlg into master

The provenance bit "iteration converged" was not filled in the new LArRawChannelBuilderAlg, and it should be on by definiton, if no iteration is done. This bit is used in some upstream LAr algos.
