PerfMonComps: Drop lshosts call that is used to gather host information

lshosts hostname started causing jobs to hang at the very end when PerfMon tries to gather information about the host machine. Presumably due to LSF decommissioning? In any case, I don't think anyone is using these archaic metrics anymore (which were available for a small fraction of machines to begin with).
