ATLASRECTS-5050: Allowing VR Track-Jets to Use New Training

Fairly large MR, which makes a few minor tweaks to EXOT8, but also adds functionality to FTag derivation software to schedule VR track jets with the new training. These link successfully to the large-R jets, the scores seem to be reasonable, and this should be basically ready for merging. There's one last change that has to happen before we merge this (moving the configuration files away from the dev/ location on CVMFS), but I wanted to start the review now in case there's things people want me to change.

Note this also modifies the smart slimming of VR jets to follow more the traditional Jet/Etmiss setup for jets, and restores a handful of generally useful variables.

Todo:

  • Schedule multiple output VR collections, verify they are duplicates
  • Properly schedule updated MV2 tagging (No new training, use default in both)
  • Properly schedule updated DL1 tagging
  • Update smart slimming with some more information on VR jets, and to have the new collections
  • Test linking to large-R jets
  • Update Hbb tagger to use new collections (Put off till later, when names change)
  • Remove debugging statements, add proper warnings
  • Update files to final location on CVMFS
  • Finalize updates to EXOT8 for this (and other small tweaks)
