copy number of Dead Pixel/Sct from the original track

This MR !26513 (merged) due to ATLASRECTS-5057

introduced inefficiencies in conversion reconstruction and LooseLH etc (documented now in the JIRA).

Both use the number of Dead pixel/sct which seems to not be filled now.

This MR tries to mitigate the issue. Although prb this will fix the immediate perf issue we will need to iterate with @rnaranjo and @amorley.
