DataModelTest: Move a couple algorithms to DataModelTestDataCommon.

Move xAODTestReadCVec and xODTestWriteCVec from DataModelTestDataRead and DataModelTestDataWrite to DataModelTestDataCommon.

Needed to set up tests for MT thinning.
