Externals Update, 21.2 branch (2019.09.18.)

Updated all projects to atlasexternals-1.0.56.

The full list of changes are (atlasexternals@1.0.55...1.0.56):

  • Updated the standalone MCUtils build to version 1.3.3 (courtesy of @zmarshal);
  • Updated FindSuperchic.cmake to find/use version >=3.05 correctly;
  • Fixed some issues in FindNjet.cmake and FindOpenLoops.cmake.

It's only the first one that has any effect on 21.2. And even that should be super safe, since AthDerivation and AthAnalysis have been using MCUtils-1.3.3 since !26147 (merged). (Unfortunately the 21.2.89 and 21.2.90 analysis releases have inconsistent versions of this external between AthAnalysis and AnalysisBase/AnalysisTop. 😦)
