Further update of code to migrate monitoring Run-2 to Run-3 for the b-jet trigger slice. Introduced monitoring of primary vertices both from the SG and from the jet link info. Corrected the monitor algorithm python file to avoid crash when using asetup Athena,latest,master Changes are successfully tested on input file generated with MT information.
