Sort particle-level electrons muons according to dressed pT in AT

Oliver Majersky requested to merge omajersk/athena:AT-particleLevel-sorting into 21.2

In AnalysisTop at particle level, by default dressed electrons and muons are used. However the sorting of the leptons remains according to the undressed lepton collection, violating the assumption that the objects are always sorted according to pT in descending order.
