Update of the uTPC clustering method

Update of the MM uTPC cluster builder tool. The following points were updated: -Changing all left over floats to doubles -Run final fit in a coordinate system centered around the mean x value of the strips -Set correct uncertainties -Performing fit even if only 2 strips are present
