Changes made for TCAL1 derivation, part of DerivationFrameworkTileCal package:
Introduced a joboption flag "isCollision" to TrackTools. This flag will steer the definition of entrance and exit cell of traversing muons that is used for path length calculation in tile-cal cells. Previously these are only defined for cosmic muons.
Added Primary Vertices object to the derivation for pile-up studies.
