Add vp1NSWAGDDFiles option to VP1 to allow reading from local AGDD xml file

Hi,

this MR adds the option vp1NSWAGDDFiles to VP1 to allow reading from local AGDD .xml file. This can be very useful for geometry studies, e.g. when people make changes to the NSW .xml geometry file and want to directly display their changes in VP1.

Adding @rosati and @dellacqu who might be interested in this feature.
