Add streams and groups in TrigSignatureMoniMT

Add Streams and Groups classification to histograms in TrigSignatureMoniMT. Also remove buffer histogram from publishing and change names m_rateHistogram to m_rateBufferHistogram, m_outputHistogram to m_rateHistogram.
