Move new id trig config to the relevant package
This merge contains: 1] Moving new ID trig configuration to the ID trig specific package 2] Renaming the import of the configuration where needed 3] Adjusting the mentioned configuration to be signature specific by having extra arg. This arg should be the name of the signature and is appended as a suffix to each alg inside the configuration.
