Fix the other two EVCA reverse options

Benjamin Michael Wynne requested to merge bwynne/athena:ViewReverseFix into master

Following !26952 (merged), this MR just applies that fix to the other two algorithms that derive from the same EVCA base class.

Better implementation of the debug mode that reverses view processing.
