A few updates to DerivationFramework ART jobs

Eirik Gramstad requested to merge egramsta/athena:21.2-updating-derivART-inputs into 21.2

Updated the data18 file used in ART tests. Previous file was from a commisioning run in periodA (348403). Switched to one of the last runs in the GRL of data18.

Removed tests for HIGG2D5 as it has been replaced by the HDBS formats.
