PerfMonComps: Drop listening AthenaHiveEventLoopMgr in PerfMonMTSvc

Listening to AthenaHiveEventLoopMgr causes a segfault in the finalization step in actual jobs. This MR fixes that. In the long run, I think we'd like to make the list of monitored components configurable through the service.
