Add TruthPrimaryVertices to SUSY3,5,11

This is hopefully the last iteration on the SUSY3/5/11 content before the DAOD reprocessing. The TruthPrimaryVertices collection has been added as discussed in ATLSUSYDPD-2066 and TruthBSM has been dropped from SUSY5 as it's redundant with TruthBSMWithDecay.
