Turning b-jet triggers thinning off permanently [ATR-19385]
Dear all, This is the same change that was made in MR !26282 (merged) and then reverted back. We aim to make this change permanent this time but need confirmation from other SUSY1 analysers that there is no issue with this change, thus the WIP.
