Extend the SUSY dsid block

Hi @zmarshal, @alopezso, @crizzi,

I've extended the old-fashinoed block of the SUSY dsids by 1k. Few of our signal samples are within this block and lack from SUSYFinalState information in the current derivations. E.g. (MGPy8EG_A14N23LO_LV_1100_1090_LLEi33).
