Using check_jo_name in Gen_tf, enforcing generator abbreviation name.

Using CI check_naming function in /cvmfs/atlas.cern.ch/repo/sw/Generators/MC16JobOptions/scripts/check_jo_consistency.py to enforce generator abbreviations in Jo file, physics short part. Jo file name with 'Sherpa' will fall for example.
