21.2-AnalysisTop Indentation and style fixes in all packages

This MR is huge and is probably impossible to review. but all changes are only white space changes made by uncrustify.

I took care to run the script only on cpp files.

As a test I compiled all packages and ran a test that produced identical result as the previous version.

Each commit represents fixes in one folder (package).
