xAODTrigCaloAthenaPool: Remove unneeded custom pool converters.

xAOD objects no longer need custom pool converters. Remove those that are no longer needed. Change xAOD converters with versioning to use the templated pool converter; change TP converters to use the templated generic copy converter.
