Remove begin/endRun hooks from auditors

Frank Winklmeier requested to merge fwinkl/athena:auditor_beginrun into master

begin/endRun and their respective auditor hooks are deprecated. Remove these hooks for our auditors in PerfMonComps and AthenaAuditors.
