Adding photon chains to the menu

The day has come!. This MR relates to ATR-18929 and adds photon triggers to the menu. Triggers of all three flavours, loose, medium and tight. Namely

  • primary g140_loose
  • primary-like 2g35_meidum
  • low mass diphoton 2g20_tight and also three flavours for g5. It includes configuration keys to point to the corresponding tunes (now using latest from 2018). Includes a fix in EDM to asign different EventViewNames to iso and non iso electron and photon containers

Ctests passed locally, but no events accepted by these chains in few events of the test. Will check with signal-like
