JetAnalysisSequence: better support for PFlow jets and fJVT

Add better support for PFlow jets and fJVT in JetAnalysisSequence and related sequences.

  • update all tests to use PFlow jets
  • add separate EMTopo jets tests
  • add more flexibility for JVT and fJVT - control recalculation, selection and efficiency calculations, separately for central and forward jets
  • MET significance does not work without FJVT
