1/ InDetSLHC_Example + BarrelInclinedRef : cleanup of code acting the switch to unnamed LayoutOptions : Planar/Alpine stave processed according to the stave type defined in xml

2/ InDetTrackingGeometryXML + EndcapRingRef : support for inclined rings and shells (OB)

Remarque : tests passed except for deviations in muon/tau/MET containers, probably due to shift of material layers in the tracking geometry
