fix a lot of compiler warnings for AthAnalysis

Not sure when those warnings snuck in, but I figured I'll try to cut them down a bit. Still a couple of warnings left in a number of places, but the majority should be fixed. I haven't actually checked that this compiles, but the changes are very simple, so fingers crossed.

I asked for a full build to see if there are any warnings I missed.
