TileMonitoring: Add possibility to ignore DMU errors in Tile monitoring

Possibility to ignore DMU errors in Tile monitoring of some modules when it is known that these modules have wrong DMU errors or DMU errors have no sense at all as it is in the case of Tile Demonstrator.
