Trigger ART tests with new Run-3 menu flavours

Many new ART tests are added, mostly for ATR-20460:

TriggerTest

• build/grid tests, athena, RDO->RDO_TRIG, each version of the menu: MC, Phys, PhysP1, Dev
• build/grid tests, athena, Dev menu, different workflows: BS->BS, BS->RDO_TRIG, RDO->BS
• build/grid tests, athena, cosmic data (Main stream) and cosmic menu

TrigP1Test

• build/grid tests, athenaHLT, PhysicsP1 menu
• build tests, athenaHLT, cosmic menu on cosmic data from three streams: Main, CosmicMuons, IDCosmic (ATR-20496)
• build test for ROS rates estimate with PhysicsP1 menu (to skip streamers which accept all events)

Naming convention discussed in ATR-19735 is applied to all above tests (and the primaries v7 test in TriggerTest).
